Your Health Deserves Your Attention, Too
Many of the women we care for are balancing careers, families and aging parents, often all at once. Your own health tends to slide to the bottom of the list, and a rushed fifteen-minute visit rarely helps.
Blossom’s membership model changes that. Visits are unhurried, you can reach Dr. Marabella directly by phone or text, and appointments are available within 24 to 48 hours. Whether you are sorting out new symptoms, staying on top of screenings or navigating perimenopause, you have one physician who knows your full story.
Dr. Jessica Marabella is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, a former Chief Resident at Case Western Reserve University and a Castle Connolly Top Doctor for 2025 & 2026. Women’s health is at the heart of her practice.

Breast Exams, Pap Smears and Birth Control
Routine women’s health care, including birth control management, is handled in our office as part of your membership, by the physician who already knows you.
Whole-Person Screening
Anxiety, depression and cognitive screening, ECGs, in-office lab draws and same-day point-of-care testing, so changes in mood, energy or memory are taken seriously.
PERIMENOPAUSE AND MENOPAUSE
Hormone Care, Personalized
Hot flashes, restless sleep, mood shifts, brain fog and changes in your cycle can start years before menopause itself. They are common, but you do not have to push through them.
Dr. Marabella starts with the whole picture, since thyroid changes, iron levels, stress and medications can all look like hormone problems. She then walks you through your options, including hormone replacement therapy in its different forms and non-hormonal approaches, and fine-tunes your plan with easy follow-ups, many of them virtual after your first in-office visit.
Because your hormone care lives inside your primary care, it stays connected to your heart, bone and metabolic health, including physician-monitored GLP-1 therapy when appropriate.

Yes. Breast exams, pap smears, birth control management, annual wellness visits with labs, and menopause and hormone care are part of the adult membership, alongside the rest of your primary care.
-
It depends on your needs. Dr. Marabella handles routine women’s health care and coordinates with your specialists, including OB/GYNs, when you need specialized or procedural care.
-
Dr. Marabella starts with a thorough history and evaluation, looking at your symptoms, your overall health and your personal and family health history. She then discusses your options with you, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal approaches, so together you can choose the plan that fits you best.

Blossom is a membership-based practice and does not accept insurance payment for our medical services. Lab work and any diagnostic testing not done in our office are billed directly to your insurance, so we recommend keeping your coverage.
